We are an active participant in MOH's interoperability working groups and adopt HL7 FHIR R4 as our primary data exchange standard.
MOVO-X pushes appointment confirmations, queue tickets, and discharge notifications into HealthHub via MOH's Health Appointment System APIs. Patients can manage all their appointments — public and private — in one place.
The integration is bidirectional: when a patient cancels or reschedules on HealthHub, the change is immediately reflected in the facility's MOVO-X queue — no manual reconciliation required.
Every screen — from kiosk to HealthHub notification — is designed for Singapore's multilingual population: English, Mandarin, Tamil, and Malay supported across the full patient journey.
We participate in MOH working groups for health IT standardisation and maintain continuous alignment with PDPA SG 2012, HBRA, and MOH Cybersecurity Guidelines.
All patient data is stored on Supabase Singapore (ap-southeast-1) with envelope encryption, PrivateLink network isolation, and no cross-border transfer of personally identifiable health information.
We work alongside hospital IT teams, not instead of them. MOVO-X integrates with KCIS, iHIS, and other incumbent clinical systems through HL7 FHIR R4 APIs.
